Memphis Based Mid-America Apartment Communities 07Q4 Earnings Jump Up 475%

According to the February 15, Memphis Business Journal, Memphis based REIT, Mid-America Apartment Communities reported fourth quarter earnings for 2007 as $3.8 million. The earnings in the fourth quarter of 2006 were $807,000. That's a 475% increase year over year. That's how we do business in Memphis!
